Quality: We use exterior grade signage vinyl to manufacture our decals from. This is the same material a sign company would use to put lettering on the glass door of a retail store. It's rated for a 3 – 5 year exterior life. Our decals are manufactured in Lexington , KY of 100% USA made materials. We don't send our orders to China .

Delivery: Because we manufacture in the USA , we can provide exceptionally fast delivery when required. Our normal production time is 6-10 business days, but we also offer rush service (at extra cost) so that we can ship your order as fast as SAME DAY if you require.

Price: Because we are one of the largest automotive decal manufacturers in the nation, we are very cost competitive. Our low prices allow you to use these as fund-raisers in appropriate situations.

The funeral service is tomorrow.  Can I get them in time?

Possibly. We offer a same day rush service which means the decals would ship this afternoon. Using UPS Next Day Air, you will receive them tomorrow morning and can give them to family and friends at the funeral service. Typically, same day service is available for orders placed before Noon eastern time , but you MUST call for availability because our production capacity varies every day depending on how many rush orders we have already committed to. To our knowledge, Brass Reminders is the only decal manufacturer in America that can do this for you.

What is your normal production time?

Normally, orders ship from Lexington , KY 6-10 business days after we receive your order. We do have 4 levels of rush service should you require a faster delivery. Obviously, the faster you need them, the higher the cost, but you'll still find us less expensive than other manufacturers, even if you choose to add rush service.

Do these go on the inside or the outside of the car?

Our decals are designed for outside application. They are primarily used on the rear window of cars, but can safely go on the paint or bumper as well. With most vehicles having tinted windows these days, it's important not to buy decals or static-clings that go on the inside – you just can't see them well through the window tinting.

Is there a clear background?

Absolutely not! All our decals are knife cut, so that each piece of the design is a separately “floating” piece of vinyl on your window. There's no ugly clear plastic background like some printed stickers.

All the other decals on the market are solid white.  How can yours be in color?

Brass Reminders has solved a problem that decal manufacturers have been struggling with for years – how to get color in knife-cut exterior grade vinyl decals. We print our decals in full color, and then knife cut. We leave the lettering white for maximum visibility against a dark window. Simply put, this creates a striking decal and the best looking way to memorialize your loved one on your vehicles.

I just want one decal.  Why is your minimum 12 decals?

Most other manufacturers who sell individual decals are people operating from their basement with a vinyl cutter. They sell a few decals online every day and make a little spending money. They can't give you the quality of design, rush service, or full color products Brass Reminders can. Brass Reminders is a 15 year old giftware manufacturer operating out of an industrial plant. We sell gift items to retail stores in all 50 states. We are set up for volume production and can't do less than 12 at a time. You'll find the individuals who accept one piece orders charge about 3-5 times our price.

Can I get these designs anywhere else?

Each of our designs is original and fully copyrighted. All rights are reserved and we cannot allow them to be used by anyone else.

Are these used as fund raisers?

Yes, where appropriate. We have seen successful fundraisers done at schools where a student has been tragically killed in an accident. Students put these on the back of their cars as a memorial and the funds raised were given to the family. We truly understand you asking this question, in light of the circumstances. Unfortunately, the answer must be “no” because of the nature of our business. We manufacture wristbands and auto decals, and a great percentage of our orders are for charitable or fund raising purposes. We would love to help everyone with extra discounts, but would go out of business if we did. Instead, we offer everyone the best prices available for the quantity ordered and do not discount or match prices.
